The Art Market, Holmfirth

A few weekends ago I did The Art Market  at Holmfirth.

My stand. I used painted wine boxes and old cases for display. It was the first time I had shown my new giclee prints, exciting!

There was lots of talented artists and makers there. Next to me was the imaginative Butterscotch and Beesting. I loved the stories behind this work  and I was lucky enough to do a print swap at the end of the day, so I now have my very own slice of the circus!

Lovely colours.

There was so much great work its hard to choose which to put on here..

This was James Greens stand. Fantastic prints.

As always with the Art Market I got to see lots of lovely work and meet people that genuinely support and get excited by art and craft.

  1. Your work looks gorgeous! :)

Can I be cheeky please and ask what kind of canvases the little ones are on the left of the first photograph? :) (Or are they wooden blocks?) I've been trying desperately to find some nice small canvases and they seem a bit elusive >.<

  2. Hi Chloe, Thank you!
I use little canvasses which I either get from The Range or Art Discount online: where you can buy them in packs. Both of these sell nice deep edge ones. Happy painting :)
